In 2009 three weeks before Christmas, I laid down on my bed to rest for a few minutes. As I shut my eyes I began to see a kaleidoscope that was rotating counterclockwise. At the end of the kaleidoscope, I saw a female lion. I kept watching as the kaleidoscope continued to rotate around the lion. I thought Lord what does this mean - at the time I had no idea.
That evening I was scrolling through the channels on the television and landed on the Tonight Show with David Letterman (of course before he retired) just as he was going to a commercial they flashed a lion on the screen. In all my years watching the Tonight Show I had never seen a picture of a iion covering the screen. I said Lord that's just what I saw a few hours ago lying on my bed. I told myself that first thing in the morning I was going to call the Tonight Show and see what that was all about.
When morning came I made my anxious phone call. The meaning of my vision was quickly revealed. I was told that the lion on the screen represented the two lions that were on the steps of the New York City Library. One lion was named Patience and the other Fortitude which means courage. I wondered why the Lord wanted me to hear those two words. I had no idea that a couple of weeks later my faith would be tested and I would need to have an extreme dose of patience and fortitude.
Maybe someone needs to hear this today in order to realize that God sees where you are and has already prepared the way of deliverance and restoration.
So be comforted with the traits of a Lion - the Lion of Judah!
