Go to a party
I try to go to as many local parties as possible. If I could fit them into my schedule, I'd be here - know everything. This fresh perspective can keep content marketers overwhelmed and can really unlock some learnings.

I would say that for every successful content marketer, one of the most important habits that make or break it is monitoring performance.
All the top content marketers know that you will publish almost nothing and that it will work well over time (unless your domain authority rate is within 0.1%). This makes monitoring more than necessary. This is why the best content marketers do a lot of research, create content, monitor its performance, and adjust based on the results.
This shields you from updates that Google might introduce or changes that competitors might apply. You'll always see what's going on and be ready to react.
This is why I think monitoring performance is one of the habits of successful content marketers.
